Returns

We offer returns on unused items within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your date of purchase, those items no longer qualify for a return or an exchange.

For an item to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All sales of discounted, customized or made to order items are final and may not be returned or exchanged. Once you place a personalized order, no adjustments, modifications to the design, or cancellations of the product are allowed.

Refunds

Once a return has been received back, you will be notified via email, and all items will be inspected by our team. You will then be notified as to the approval or rejection of your return. If your return passes inspection, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

If you have received a notification email about an approved return, but have not yet received your refund, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items, which you may exchange for the same product. Contact us at info@smartonelife.com to start the exchange process. Once you have been in touch with our team, send your items for exchange to SmartOne Life Inc., 172 Mariner Drive, Southampton, NY 11968, USA.

Depending on your location, the time it will take for exchanged products to reach you may vary.


Shipping

Ship any eligible returns to SmartOne Life Inc., 172 Mariner Drive, Southampton, NY 11968, USA.

We are not responsible for shipping costs associated with your return of an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an item refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the final refunded amount.

If you are shipping an item or order over $75, consider package tracking or shipping insurance for your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items, and we are not responsible for any returned items that do not reach us.
